I haven't varied my workouts at all since I started using this product. I wouldn't call myself a gym rat or anything. The supplements just gave me that extra boost to turn the corner and really get ripped. I try and get in 4 workouts a weeks and maybe a half hour of cardio 4 times a week. Nothing crazy.

As every person is different, so are the results. I can't give exact numbers as it will depend on your weight and body type. Exercise and a good diet are an important part of all diets, and will maximize your results immensely. However, Detox Xtreme and Burn Xtreme have been found to be highly effective.

What about us skinny guys who need to gain weight and build more muscle?

I can only tell you what worked for me and my body, but if you want to add more muscle, I think using these in combination with your workouts would definitely get you bigger without making you look "bulky" or fat. As for my advice in the gym, I would recommend concentrating on compound excercises like Pull-ups, Bench Press, Squats & Barbell Rows. Squats work your whole body, they're the most important exercise. You'll look totally different once you can Squat 1.5x your body-weight.
